Steve Muckett Receives Sidney J. Stein International Award

IMAPS-UK is pleased to announce that the 2022 recipient of the IMAPS-NA (North America) Sidney J. Stein International Award is Steve Muckett. The Sidney J. Stein International Award recognises an individual who has provided significant technical and/or leadership contributions to the microelectronics packaging industry, while participating and demonstrating support of IMAPS international activities to enhance the electronics packaging profession.
