Call for Abstracts for MicroTech 2024 on 10 April 2024
IMAPS-UK is pleased to announce a Call for Abstracts for the Annual MicroTech 2024 Conference with the theme of Making a Space for Advanced Packaging. The MicroTech 2024 Conference is planned to be held at the Aerospace Bristol Museum on Wednesday 10 April 2024.
Abstracts are invited on the following topics:
- Challenging Applications
- Advanced Packaging Technologies
- Electronics Design and Manufacturing Strategy
- Performance and Reliability
