Call for Abstracts for MicroTech 2025 on 20 March 2025

IMAPS-UK is pleased to announce a Call for Abstracts for the Annual MicroTech 2025 Conference with the theme of Packaging in Challenging Applications. The MicroTech 2025 Conference is planned to be held at the National Space Centre, Leicester on Thursday 20 March 2025.

Abstracts are invited on the following topics:

• Challenging Applications
• Advanced Packaging Technologies
• Electronics Design and Manufacturing Strategy
• Reliability Assessment
