Cancellation Policy

No refunds are provided for membership, only for event bookings on the following basis:

  • In the event of an attendee cancellation, IMAPS-UK charges a flat rate administration fee of 20%, providing we receive the request at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • If a cancellation is received thereafter, a refund will only be issued (less the 20% administration fee) if we are able to fill the place prior to the event, otherwise you will be charged in-full.
  • IMAPS-UK reserves the right to change the format of in-person event to online due to changes in Government and/or Venue regulations. In this event, Exhibitors will be offered the choice of a carry-over booking to a future event, or a full refund. Attendees enrolment will be honoured through the provision of online attendance.
  • In the event of IMAPS-UK cancelling the event, a full refund will be offered to registrants.
  • In all cases, IMAPS-UK will process any refunds within 14 days subsequent to the event.
