IMAPS-UK Academic Conference, University of Warwick: Wednesday 2 September 2026

The 2nd IMAPS-UK Academic Conference on Advanced Packaging R&D in the UK will be an In Person Event to be held on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 at the University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7AL

The 2nd IMAPS-UK Academic Conference aims to create and foster a research and development community focusing on Advanced Packaging R&D in microelectronics, power electronics, quantum and photonics assembly. This in-person Conference combines invited Keynotes, Presentations and Posters from Universities, Industrial Companies and Research Institutions to highlight advances in packaging and assembly and the challenges faced in defining research and development programmes to meet future industrial needs.

Travel Fund for PhD and Undergraduate Students – Open for Application

The IMAPS-UK organising team is pleased to announce that some funds are available to support economy public transport travel costs for UK-based PhD and Undergraduate students attending the IMAPS-UK Academic Conference 2026, subject to an eligible case being submitted by PhD and Undergraduate Supervisors. The Supervisor will need to e-mail the IMAPS-UK Office to confirm that their student does not have access to institutional funds to cover travel costs. Applications will be responded to as soon as possible.

IMAPS-UK Corporate and Academic Member Showcase

IMAPS-UK is pleased to offer a Showcase Opportunity to up to 6 IMAPS-UK Corporate and Academic Members, on a first registered basis for raising awareness of the capabilities of their organisation and the future acquisition of talent from the academic electronics community

Each showcase place will consist of a table with space behind for a pop-up banner of maximum width 800mm.
