MicroTech 2020 has been postponed until 16th September 2020
Coronavirus update
Due to the exceptional circumstances we find ourselves in as a result of the global Covid-19 pandemic, we have decided to postpone the MicroTech Conference from 19th March 2020 to 16th September 2020 for this year only, still to be held at RAL, Harwell Campus
All details will remain unchanged with regards speaker agenda, venue, exhibitors and activities planned throughout the day.
Tickets pre-registered for the event are valid for the new date.
The event will revert back to its normal schedule in the first half of the year from 2021.
We shall look forward to seeing you in September. Registration is open below.

IMAPS-UK’s MicroTech annual conference has been postponed until Wednesday 16 September 2020 at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL), Harwell Campus, Didcot, near Oxford. With its concise one-day format, MicroTech brings together the entire microelectronics supply chain and is the only UK event dedicated to Micro-Assembly and related technologies.
The conference will focus on advanced electronics packaging, covering topics selected from:

Pre-Conference Workshop on X-Ray and SAM Inspection: Tuesday 15th September 2020 from 12:00 to 17:00
As a lead into MicroTech 2020, Nordson Dage will be presenting a half-day workshop on the topic of X-Ray and SAM Inspection at Cupio Ltd, Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke, RG24 8WA.
This workshop gives you the opportunity to Bring Your Own (BYO) Samples * for inspection in state of the art Nordson Dage X-Ray and SAM equipment and learn about the application of other inspection techniques applied to micro-electronics components.
* – subject to health and safety review and the proviso that sample inspection images will be observed by other attendees
