We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

No refunds are provided for membership, only for event bookings on the following basis:

In the event of a cancellation, IMAPS-UK charges a flat rate administration fee of 20%, providing we receive the request at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

If a cancellation is received thereafter, a refund will only be issued (less the 20% administration fee) if we are able to fill the place prior to the event, otherwise you will be charged in-full.

In both cases, IMAPS-UK will process any refunds within 14 days subsequent to the event.
